1.3.1 is a maintenance release that cleaned up some front facing items and improved lifecycle tracking of monitored relays.

  • Add DNS, connection, TLS, redirect, ActivityPub Actor, and ActivityPub Inbox reachability diagnostics in SQLite schema 13 and /v2/relays schema 6, with cautious “possibly removed” annotations and no automatic removal.
  • Add schema 14 actor-failure retry streak with 1h/2h/4h/6h eligibility, a reset on recovery, and the existing weekly long-offline cadence.
  • Treat a healthy authenticated heartbeat as independent liveness: relays with a current heartbeat but a failed Actor check are listed with Other Known Relays (API tier 2), not as offline.
  • Name the existing lifecycle protocol ARD White Pages Protocol on the public page, use descriptive relay group headings, three heartbeat labels, and plain-language diagnostic messages. /v1/relays, lifecycle Protocols 1/2/3, and numeric API tier values are unchanged.
