Randal is having a blast playing with the box, when big sister jumps in!

Later on, Jarek and I start building our replacement goat shelters. I put Jarek to work with the chop saw cutting the miters on the runners.

After all the boards are cut, I set him to drilling the axle/spreader bar holes. We drilled two at a time for a matched set.

Meanwhile, Meagan took Evan to the park for a little soccer fun and so Garrett and Randal could play also!

A modification from our previous, single 4×4 design, is a sandwich design to keep the wire panel locked down. Also, I switch to threaded rod with jam nuts instead of the 2×4 screwed down. Above, Jarek is cutting off the excess threaded rod. We designed them to be six feet wide at the furthest, to facilitate movement in and out of gates, as opposed to the 8 foot design we previously had.

Garrett and Randal race to see who will get there first!

I made another batch of bread. I was working on my lamination techniques for the jalapeno cheddar loaves. They all came out pretty good! I dabbled in using the Bosch mixer we have
