I stayed up late yesterday to finish my baking. Here is one of the Jalapeno Cheddar loaves I made. Can’t wait to dig into it tomorrow!
The kids don’t like the spicy loaf, so I also made some ‘regular’ sourdough.
Despite my hack cutting job, the crumb came out pretty good. Good for sandwich bread!
A neat fuzzy moth that Meagan and the kids found while doing the chores! Based on the interweb/AI identification, it appears to be a Southern tussock moth caterpillar (Dasychira meridionalis).
I heard some noises in the kitchen, and being that both Meagan and I were in the office, I went to investigate. I found Randal “doing the dishes.” Some pictures are worth a thousand words. This picture is worth half a bottle of dish soap.
