Sunday brought another day of sales. This time, Jarek and I were off to a Walmart to set up shop. We did pretty well there, although the Publix was a bit better.
I had a piece of the jalapeno cheddar bread I made the other day. I’m both happier and not happier with how the cheese and jalapenos spread throughout the loaf. I tried a different lamination technique this time. I think I might try just mixing in the cheese and peppers with the base dough and see what we get.
Randal was off to the park with Meagan and Evan. He loves getting out to the playground!

Evan is normally picked to be the goalie. Here, the penalty kick sneaks by him. .
But this time he made a good stop and got the ball!
